When Refunds Are Not Granted

Refunds will not be provided in these cases:

Incorrect Player ID: If you provided the wrong player ID, server information, or game account details.
Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind after making the purchase.
Accidental Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the wrong item or amount.
Account Issues: If your game account is banned or suspended by the game developers.
Partial Usage: If you've already used part of the purchased in-game currency.

Refund Process
